It is based on PlantCV, an open-source image analysis software package targeted for plant phenotyping.
Alina Education Package
The Alina Education Package is an advanced lighting system designed to provide an opportunity to observe the effect of lighting spectrum on plant phenotype. The equipment provides exposure to plant processes such as photosynthesis, photomorphogenesis, and secondary metabolite production.
